Gemma Morley - Chief Executive Officer
Gemma has worked in community management for over 20 years. Her work in this field has included women and children impacted by domestic and family violence, social housing and the coordination of labour market programs.
Gemma studied Business Administration through Southern Cross University and more recently an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management.
Organisational change management, innovative service delivery and staff development are areas that Gemma is particularly passionate about.
Gemma is married with 2 adult children. She enjoys keeping fit through yoga and walking and relishes the opportunity to combine her love of travel with great food.
Jenna Bamborough-Lahey - Housing & Intake Co-ordinator
Jenna has worked with the Domestic & Family Violence Specialist Service for over 10 years. She has a Diploma of Community Services and a wealth of knowledge in the welfare sector.
Jenna oversees all aspects of the Organisation's intake procedures and co-ordinates our housing pathways that include, our crisis accommodation - Galbaan House, Transitional Housing partnerships with Community Housing Ltd, Mission Australia Housing and Centacare Housing, and our Specialist Housing Support Project co-located with Housing NSW. Through strengthening and growing housing pathways for our clients Jenna and her team work to ensure women and children have safe and sustainable housing options available to them.
Jenna is married with a beautiful daughter who keeps her busy when not at work.
Ulla Inki-Gilabert - Liberty Cottage Program Co-ordinator
Ulla has worked with women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence for over 10 years. The majority of that time she worked in Skandinavia, where she also completed a Bachelor Degree in Social Services.
In her role as Liberty Cottage Program Co-ordinator Ulla oversees service delivery in our CPADFV, Outreach and Community Education Programs, and is a trained facilitator in the delivery of our Men's Behaviour Change Program - Insight. Ulla finds great passion in women and children sharing their stories and is a strong advocate known for her professionalism and "can do" attitude.
Ulla enjoys working on her house and garden with her husband in her personal time.
